XMAS Orders 

• To ensure that your order is 100% delivered before Christmas please order no later than 10th December, orders are typically delivered in 1-5 working days but this is just incase there are any unforeseen delays.
• Our last working day is 23rd December. 

General 

Online orders are shipped from Monday to Friday but where possible we will ship orders on the weekend too. Orders received before 13:00 will be dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. 

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be emailed to you and all orders can be tracked online.

 Orders with the incorrect shipping address can be changed as long as they have not been shipped, please email contact@solehive.com quoting your order number.

UK Orders 

All UK orders are shipped with DHL, DPD, UPS or Royal Mail using an express delivery service free of charge and should be delivered the next working day but this depends on the time the order was placed and your location in the UK. On occasions, orders may be shipped with Parcel Force or any other suitable carrier. A signature will be required on delivery. Orders will be delivered on weekdays Monday to Friday and where possible on weekends.

International Orders 

We are able to ship orders to all countries within Europe and most countries worldwide. Please check if your country is included during the checkout of your product and the price of delivery.

International orders are shipped with DHL or DPD. Delivery times will vary depending on the country. 

Packaging

All items are sent packaged in cardboard boxes to ensure protection of the item as well as the shoe box.
